"Rescind Submission" button
Currently, the only way to correct mistakes in a submission is to create a duplicate submission, which makes me feel bad for verifiers; I believe this would be a generally convenient feature

1. Star ratings do not explain why a map is difficult Star difficulty is a useful aggregation, but it forces very different challenges into one value. Two routes with the same stars rating might ask for very different skills (aiming vs. endurance vs. route-finding skills). 2. Some players want to train skills This would allow for these players to practice their skill sets and become an overall better player 3. Improves Map Discovery HardClears already has a considerable set of existing data. The skill tags enable the site to: Relevant surface content Minimize noise when surfing Create a sense of having a smaller, more manageable database The first element in Significantly, this does not mean pre-existing metrics (stars, death, time) are insignificant. It adds a level of meaning upon them. 4. Community Knowledge Is Currently Underutilized Skill tags translation: Experiential knowledge → collective knowledge Subjective feelings → aggregated trends This makes the site smarter without the need to have the moderators manually categorize the maps. 5. Enables New Player Insights Without Competitive Pressure Every player doesn't want to compete either on speed or death count. Skill tags enable players to: Understand their strengths and weaknesses Track growth overtime Feel recognized for specializing in certain aspects: for example, endurance-focused players This broadens the engagement beyond pure leaderboard competition.
Death and time totals
i just think it would be a cool feature to be honest
Additional filtering settings
currently when you filter your clears by time it can only go lowest to highest so it would be nice if you can do it the other way around
Maps page display change
Right now, just for taking a look at the hist maps as a whole, having a global view I always prefer to go to the sheet, it's way more easy to look at and not have to scroll a very long time to reach a specific tier Having one map at a time takes a lot of space too, so imo arranging the display to something that looks like the google sheet could help readability and be more comfortable to use
Change hoint formula
Currently it's star * 10 and then multiplied again by the exponential factor. This just makes the gap between lower tiers bigger than between higher ones which makes no sense. 1.5 is pretty arbitrary I just picked it since viddie's stat site for goldens uses 1.43 and hist tiers are generally a bit bigger than golden tiers.
