Enjoyment rating, banners and small tweaks

Wow it really has been three weeks what the hell.

Enjoyment Ratings

You can now add enjoyment ratings to each map you've cleared (rooms soon?). If you don't like this being a feature, you can opt out of it in Page Settings. You can only view these on individual player profiles.

Banners

We've included some new profile customization for you - banner images! Make your profile prettier with a banner, blah blah you get the gist of it. -# Remember that discord links expire...

Other tweaks

• Proposal Queue! Now you won't get 10 malfunction suggestions in a row...
• Split discord notification pings into two (you'll have to manually re-enable them)
• Filter players in Player Lookup by Input Method
• Unified UI across several pages
• Proposal lookup, also loading more of them
• Denationalisation
• Some other irrelevant stuff
