Moderators should have to verify suggestions before they are posted to the website for voting
Reasoning
this exists on goldberries and avoids cases like duplicate suggestions, The SJ Incident suggestions, and suggesting the hardest room of a map to a higher star to secretly move the map up or suggesting all of a map's rooms to a lower star to secretly move it down. etc etc i can't think of more

While secretly moving a map is unlikely given that suggestions ping everyone who cleared who has the ping turned on I think it is a good idea to filter out bad/duplicate suggestions, if only so we dont get pinged for the weekly "SJ offlist" suggestion
we need more sj room suggestions
